Vendor Rules:
1) Vendors MUST pay the meeting fee prior to or the day of the meeting. Vendors that are not in good standing will be asked to leave the meeting facility.
a) Vendors with an outstanding balance will not be invited to future meetings.
2) A vendor may offer prizes to encourage booth attendance
a) The Badgerland User Group will provide a brief
forum during the course of the meeting to announce the results of
vendor prize drawings.
b) The vendors are responsible for their own contests.
3) The Badgerland User Group does not share
membership information with vendors.
4) Vendors have the opportunity to make a presentation during the meeting
a) The presentation area is a NO SELLING ZONE
b) Presentations are subject to approval by the board of the user group
5) Vendors are the guests of the User Group and will be provided with meals and refreshments if they are provided for the group
6) Attendees (from the vendor) must register at the meeting site to provide accurate meal counts.
7) Currently, setup is on a first come first serve basis. However, the Board has the right to reserve space for registration activities. This may result in relocation of a vendor.
8) Requests for electricity and internet access will be accommodated to the best of our ability depending on the facility.
9) Booth space must not interfere with traffic flow or cause a fire hazard.
NOTE: Requests for vendor space MUST BE made 7 days prior to the event. The Badgerland User Group is NOT staffed by a full-time organization and cannot accommodate last minute requests!
